覚王山駅すぐの所で、納豆発酵料理という他には無い珍しいお店。
店主に無理を言って一足お先に試食してきました。

6品の夜コース、3品メインと麺、口取の昼コース。

どの料理も想像していたより納豆が強調され過ぎず、食べやすい。
特に黒酢が程よく香る肉団子が美味しかった。

ヘルシーな料理で、体には良さそうです。
